Get to know the Workers' Association of Triunfo do Brasil (ATT)
Triunfo do Brasil Indústria e Comércio Workers' Association (ATT) was established in May 2012 by local workers of Triunfo do Brasil in the municipality of São João do Triunfo, in the state of Paraná, where the company’s factory is located.
The organization is a non-profit entity established with a noble purpose of promoting and encouraging social projects aimed at the development and well-being of the community. Additionally, the Association also advocates for the rights of local workers, striving to ensure dignified working conditions and opportunities for professional growth.
ATT's mission
The mission of ATT goes beyond merely responding to the immediate demands of the community; it aims at building a sustainable and prosperous future for the coming generations.
Through strategic partnerships with local businesses, educational institutions, and government agencies, the Association seeks to create an environment conducive to the integral development of individuals and the strengthening of social cohesion.
The Association firmly believes in the power of collaboration and community engagement to create a more just and prosperous environment for all its inhabitants.
Who coordinates the Association?
The work of the Workers' Association is coordinated by employees who volunteer for the roles. In addition, the association also counts on other volunteers from the community of São João do Triunfo.
Projects are submitted to the team, which then selects and provides support, whether through financial means or other forms of assistance.
Social projects currently supported by ATT
Among its various initiatives, ATT supports educational programs, cultural events, sports activities, and health campaigns, always seeking to meet the specific needs of the community.
Ballet classes at Escola Municipal Antunes Ferreira
The ATT supports City School Antunes Ferreira by offering ballet classes to children from public schools and underprivileged communities. This initiative helps in the cognitive, intellectual, and emotional development of children, providing life opportunities for those in vulnerable situations.
Social project “Dare to Shine”
The Dare to Shine project, supported by ATT and promoted by the Social Assistance Reference Center (CRAS) of São João do Triunfo, offers workshops and activities focused on developing socio-emotional skills to girls aged 14 to 18. Additionally, the project provides psychological support and vocational guidance through partnerships with local institutions and specialized professionals.
Cultural promotion
ATT also encourages cultural activities in São João do Triunfo, supporting the marching band and Choir Triunfo, which involve young people, children, and adults from the community. The Association finances the teachers responsible for directing and conducting these groups.
Support for the Women's Cancer Combat Network
Recently, ATT contributed to the opening of the “Pink Space”, a place dedicated to psychosocial care for women assisted by the Women's Cancer Combat Network of São João do Triunfo. Founded 23 years ago, the network offers support to patients undergoing treatment, providing medications, basic food baskets, and psychological care.
